We liked the option of the jr. suite with attached bunk beds for our short family stay. The room was very large and very clean. The breakfast was also very nice. The auto check in gave us some problems, but luckily there was an employee there to help us get it worked out. Had it been after 9pm, I'm not sure what we would've done. Location is a bit out of the way and it doesn't look like much from the outside, right next to the stadium. But the room was great and we had a nice view of the water. We're pleased with the experience overall.

This review is for flat number 3, which looks over the inner yard and is on the lower floor. It is a no frills apartment, with limited space, two beds and somewhat outdated, but does-the-trick furniture. The kitchen is equipped with a micro and a filter coffee machine. Coffee was available. There was no milk and a minimum of what former guests had left. You will have to walk a bit to find some food, so if you arrive late, bring your own or order take-out. There is a hair dryer, an iron and board, some shampoo and some soap. Towels are available as are sheets. For 20-25 Euros more you get a boutique-type hotel downtown, including breakfast.

Set within Kristinehamn's Järnvägsparken, this hotel is just 200 metres from Kristinehamn Train Station close to the city centre. It features free WiFi, tea and coffee and bright, modern rooms. Very helpful staff. I arrived long before checkin, but they let me have my room early, and even gave me an extra breakfast. Also, excellent location, very near the railway/bus station.

Featuring tastefully decorated rooms with views of Lake Sirsjön. this hotel offers a restaurant, a gallery and crafts shops. Torsby is a 5-minute drive away. We were on our way to Sälen and needed a stop. We were met by a very kind and professional staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and we had a nice view of a lake nearby. In the evening we had a dinner at the restaurant and the food and service were excellent. We had to leave before the serving of breakfast. Then the staff made some sandwiches to us for the early morning travel.
