The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable and in a quiet and scenic location. The breakfast offered many delicious options from which to choose.

Set in a historically-listed building, this hotel is 7 minutes’ walk from Sundsvall Central Station and 350 metres from the Bothnian Sea. Friendly hospitability and family atmosph ere, comfort and intimacy of the faclity made my stay unforgettable. I asked the host to have breakfast earlier (I had to go to the airport), and the next day after going down my eyes saw a yummy and various set of breakfast food and drinks, like good friends or family always do. The small but cosy hotel (in Swedish "lilla" means small) is perfectly close to the train station. I am planning to go there again I highly reccomend. Romuald, Poland

This 1913-era hotel is next to Örnsköldsvik Harbour. It offers free in-room WiFi and a sauna. Paradiset Water Park and Örnsköldsvik Central Station are 450 metres away. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful with plenty of variety! We used the option for parking. Location to the wharf and neighborhood sightseeing was wonderful.
