Set in a historically-listed building, this hotel is 7 minutes’ walk from Sundsvall Central Station and 350 metres from the Bothnian Sea. Wonderful hotel in an amazing location. The hotel manager waited for me as I was arriving a little late. Then gave me advice about the weather and place to see. A small library was very helpful for me to find places of interest and map out my day. One of those places I will always be happy to return to.

This 1913-era hotel is next to Örnsköldsvik Harbour. It offers free in-room WiFi and a sauna. Paradiset Water Park and Örnsköldsvik Central Station are 450 metres away. Location was excellent, very easy to reach from the highway. Late reception was the main benefit for us, as we were driving late. Breakfast was plenty to choose from, warm and cold dishes, stylish dining room, attentive waitresses very helpful, nice to start a day with smiling faces around at breakfast.
