Our hosts were kind, caring and helpful. Thechotel has been totally renovated and is spotlessly clean. There is a nice terrace with a view over the sea and a bar open from 1500 to 2000 for the residents. The fish soup on our last evening was delicious.

Located in Frösakull, 8 km from Halmstad, Halmstad Golfarena Hotell features a 9-hole golf course and other golfing options. Separate cottage we rented was perfect - quiet, everything we needed (kitchen etc.), very comfy beds, balcony with nice view over a pond, breakfast was fantastic, staff was above and beyond!

We stayed in one of the small houses/studio by the sea with own jacuzzi. It was magnificent!! We loved our own sauna space that during summer is turned into a relaxing room with an outstanding sea view! Everything was amazing but that which touched us the most was the professionalism of the staff and of the people in charge. Specific needs/situations were met and resolved with the highest professionalism as I had yet not met before ( and I do travel a lot both in Sweden and abroad). Thank you so much to all staff and to this amazing place that made my daughter’s 21th birthday an unforgettable one ♥️ And as a touch of pure grace, we had the amazing experience to see and touch the bioluminescence of “ Mareld” that were present by the shore so close to our studio! Better we could not ask for! Will definitely come back…and not only once!

Surrounded by an oak forest and open fields, Stakaberg Konferens & Gårdshotell is located in the beautiful landscape of Halland, only 9 km from Halmstad. The breakfast was great. Stakaberg is in the countryside, which we prefer during summertime. We loved the beautiful outdoor areas for breakfast.

Apelvikstrand Strandhus offers modern, self-catering holiday homes next to Apelvik Beach, 3 km south of central Varberg. Each accommodation has a furnished patio, kitchenette and flat-screen TV. very nice location, just by the beach . 2 families that booked together and 1 of us had a dog so it worked out perfectly

The style, the atmosphere, spa, bar, the quality of the rooms. It is a 3 star hotel which is far better to stay at than some 5 stars. They even have hair conditioner.

Hotell Gästis is located in an 18th century building in Varberg, 400 metres from the Central Station. It offers rooms with a private bathroom, flat-screen TV and free wired internet access. This hotel is a gem. So much to see, so much to explore. Books everywhere, so many lovely details in every room and every common area. Breakfast was very good, and it's only five minutes by foot to the sea and the train station.
