I especially appreciated their 24-hour online chat support for any inquiries. ​A special thanks to Dolly, who was incredibly kind and helpful. On our last day, my daughter unfortunately fell ill, and we had to book an additional room for another night. The staff kindly allowed us to stay in our original room for three hours between checkout and the new room's check-in time so she could rest. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories of Singapore!

Heritage Collection on Boat Quay - South Bridge Wing - Mobile App Check-In are self-catering and furnished apartment with modern studio apartments with free WiFi. I had a wonderful stay in this studio-type room right in the heart of the city. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything just a short walk away. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. I also loved how easy it was to use the app to unlock the doors, smooth, quick, and hassle-free throughout my stay. A big thank you to Edmar, Maica and Vannie for their warm support and excellent service. I truly appreciate the hospitality. Highly recommended!

The checkin is made online using a mobile app. The location is close to most of the tourist areas, we walked a lot. Everything looks exactly as the photos, the wifi is working very well, the room has everything you need in it. We didn't have an adaptor for charging our devices but the staff was very responsive with our requests and questions. Thank you very much Edmar, Cora and Nica for your quick answers and willingness to help. Totally recommend this hotel for your stay in Singapore!♥️
