It's always the people who make the difference and the two who looked after us during our stay could not have been better. Warm and welcoming it was like staying with friends and yet there was always professionalism and attention to detail. Whilst our quite spacious 'small' room may not have had quite the style of the public areas it was nevertheless very comfortable. The team took a pride in offering food and drink of a high quality with some interesting and unusual offerings and yet it all felt comfortable and not at all pretentious. A great location and we were comfortable leaving the motorbike in their car park.

Best of all was the panoramic view of the mountains. I also enjoyed fixing breakfast in the kitchenette and the coffee mixes. There was even a cloths washing machine.

There was great variety; fruits, yogurts, bread, sausages, eggs, cheese, coffee and juice etc. And the 2nd day they even set up the table special for us at the same outside spot we had enjoyed the prior morning.

Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Hotel Vandot is located in Kranjska Gora, 500 metres from the ski slopes and 100 metres from the town centre. Like new! Breakfast was incredible! Perfect location. Hosts are very nice!
