Nice and helpful owners - hope to be back. To Rohace ski lift around 7 minutes by car.

My kids and niece loved the fairytale themed village, especially our tree house and a Jacuzzi on top of a little Castle next to us!:) The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at how well equipped and clean our little cottage was. There was everything we needed and more! The little village was close to everything and only a 15 minutes drive to "Orava Castle" - a must see. 😉 We walked 5 minutes to a small "Callo" ice cream shop and had the best ice cream ever! The kids loved visiting a peacock and bunny farm that was also walking distance.There are a lot of walking /biking trails with neat bridges going across the river right behind the property. I strongly recommend this place to all families!

A well run guest house. Impeccably clean and with warm welcoming hosts. We enjoyed our time here and they were very flexible to accommodate our group. The house is set in a very quiet and picturesque location that is at the same time right in the heart of the village centre. Highly recommended stay here. Thanks Family Skerda. Totally enjoyed our time there.

Top Penzión Marína is located in Dolný Kubín, 1 km from the train station and 8 km from the Ski Park Kubínska hoľa Ski Area, offering an on-site restaurant and modern air-conditioned rooms and suites.... Breakfast includes all you need, starts early enough (possible to start before 7), ala carte food is tasty and high quality. Accomodation is always clean, room for two was cosy and modern, bathroom big enough. I appreciate parking.

Very good lunch - veggie burger and chicken breast steak. All those made my stay a very good experience there. It is worth adding that guests also have access to a jacuzzi, saunas, a bowling alley and a small gym.

Everything was wonderful. My 10 year old son did not understand how this place could be a two-star penzion. The rooms were a tiny house resembling the wooden houses of the area. It came with 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and two bedrooms all in their own building. The restaurant served traditional Slovak cuisine which was exceptional. The wait-staff were professional and courteous, and fortunately for me, they spoke English. The complimentary breakfast was better than most I have had at three star hotels in the US. I look forward to returning again in the future.
