A wonderful peaceful place to stay. The staff were great. Room was spotless, big bed, drinking water and fresh towels provided every day. The pool area was superb. Fantastic swimming pool too. The location is remote but not difficult to find, just don't plan on walking to a 7-11 as there isn't anything walking distance. There is a peaceful calm vibe that the staff have created and it should be respected. If you're not the quiet type then a hotel in town would probably suit you better. Top tip though, don't expect to get a taxi on Bolt or Grab apps on a Sunday morning. The staff were truly amazing and I'm so grateful for their help.

With modification of a historical building, Baan Luang Rajamaitri Historic Inn is located in Chanthaburi; and it offers daily Old-Town Exhibition and air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Cute hotel in very good location. We changed our plans and wanted to come one night earlier - they were very kind and arranged everything. We then forgot charger at the hotel and they sent it to our next destination. So staff 100/10. Cute hotel in very good location.

A resort-style hotel on Chaolao Beach, Chaolao Tosang Beach Hotel is just 5 minutes’ drive from Kung Kraben Aquarium. It features an outdoor pool, a seafood restaurant, and free Wi-Fi. Amazing location and beautiful resort. Went during the christmas & new year holidays and found a perfect getaway. Not too many tourists. The restaurant of the hotel is great as well.

Its pristine sanctuary with private jungle and beach access. You can stay either in hotel or traditional family huts, which we have chosen. The restaurant offers amazing breakfast and lovely selection of local dishes for the rest of the day. Staff was super helpful in any request we had and either provided us with transportation to nearby forest or ordered us taxi for a longer trip. They were really nice and genuinely happy people. We ended up extending our stay as this was the most awesome place we found in Thailand so far.
