A wonderful peaceful place to stay. The staff were great. Room was spotless, big bed, drinking water and fresh towels provided every day. The pool area was superb. Fantastic swimming pool too. The location is remote but not difficult to find, just don't plan on walking to a 7-11 as there isn't anything walking distance. There is a peaceful calm vibe that the staff have created and it should be respected. If you're not the quiet type then a hotel in town would probably suit you better. Top tip though, don't expect to get a taxi on Bolt or Grab apps on a Sunday morning. The staff were truly amazing and I'm so grateful for their help.

With modification of a historical building, Baan Luang Rajamaitri Historic Inn is located in Chanthaburi; and it offers daily Old-Town Exhibition and air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Great location. Great interior with a relaxed feel. Staff were excellent and the breakfast was fantastic. All in all, the trip was satisfying and fulfilling with this hotel.

A resort-style hotel on Chaolao Beach, Chaolao Tosang Beach Hotel is just 5 minutes’ drive from Kung Kraben Aquarium. It features an outdoor pool, a seafood restaurant, and free Wi-Fi. Staff were very accommodating to our request. Buffet breakfast had a lot of selection, better than many 3-star hotels. The room (Superior) was a good size with 1 king bed + 1 single bed, fitting 2 adults and 2 children (5-7 years old).
