Guests can make use of a transfer provided from the pier to the hotel free of charge. Free breakfast and taxi to the pier made this great value! We missed the scheduled shuttle to the pier but they made an exception and were able to bring us no extra charge. The market with the hotel was cheapest we found on the island even better than 7 Eleven.

The only con is that it took some time for the AC to cool the room but that's a detail. The staff was very kind and helpful. We forgot some of our stuff and they sent it to us by boat to Koh Samui, for free! Thanks a lot!

We arrived early after a night bus and were very tired, and they offered us an ealy check in with no extra charge, which was a blessing.
