There are nearby shops and a place to rent a motorcycle to explore around. The staff were very polite, helpful and kind. The food was really good. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to stay one more day.

The best place I found to get away from it in years in Thailand! From walking into the path from the main road you feel a sense of peace, coming to the beach seeing the crystal clear water, the welcome and smiles from the family at Tongta is something you just don’t get anymore in Thailand. I had the bungalow booked for 3 nights and on the last night moved to room 8, which is no doubt the best sleep I’ve had in years (thanks Apple Watch for the stats to prove it). The waves lapping the rocks just meters from your bed is nothing but soothing the most entrenched stress from your body! The food, no need to go elsewhere, ate every dinner there! The birthday surprise setup, the fishing, and the fishing guide at night just adds to the experience, could not have had a better trip!!

Hard working and always smiling and willing to help us with anything. Great stay. The location had many restaurants near. There is a small shop at the hotel also for snacks and beers etc! Our balcony looked over the small bar on the beach and it was really nice. Get the view room if you can.
