I dealt mostly with the receptionist - Mariam & the majordomo - Mohammed. It is very easy to navigate from hotel to town centre / Medina from the hotel which is on a very distinguishable quiet, tree-lined street almost across from train & near everything a tourist would want to visit...or restaurants etc. Everything works in the room...Equipped with many towels, TV phone, electronic mosquito repellant... (Ex. Am now staying in a much more expensive hotel on beach & an phone, TV not working, 1 towel...etc 🙄) The best thing I loved was soaking in the HUGE, old- fashioned bathtub after traveling or sightseeing! 😁
