Pie, the receptionist, was very accommodating. She assisted me in securing a lower bed due to my foot injury. Upon checkout, I realized I had left some items in the room. P went the extra mile to ensure all my belongings were returned to me, and I was able to recover everything. I highly recommend this hotel — it has a great location and offers excellent value for money.

I love everything about this hotel! Location - perfect! 7-eleven is just next to the hotel, you can also find two cosmetic shops nearby. Safe area, you won’t be scared to go out even at late night. Lots of delicious restaurant nearby. The room itself is very spacious. You can’t get bigger room in Taipei/ Zhong Shan with this price. They provide complimentary snacks, drink and beauty masks. Feels like home! The hotel itself is eco friendly so they encourage you to get water (hot and cold) from the water machine. They also give you a big water bottle to store the water. They are just very very detail oriented and think from customers’ angle. The highlight of this hotel is definitely their two lovely cats! You can clean your hands and play with them in the cat room. SO CUTE!

The hotel was located near train station which made commuting really easy! The facilities were also good, with washing machine and lounge area.

The property is 1.8km away from Taipei Confucius Temple and Zhongshan Commercial District. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was incredible: huge, spacious, and yet comfortablenand cosy. It almost felt like being home. The breakfast was excellent, with amazing fresh fruit and both Western and Asian options (though variety was a bit limited).
