Exceeded my expectations and was a very comfortable place to stay for a couple of nights. A mile outside Haines (which is a great little town) along some rough roads, but really peaceful and secluded. So glad I stayed!

The staff is very accommodating, friendly, and professional. I ask for a cot and was delivered to our room with a smile on her face. The best thing is we were not charged extra for the cot. This extra service was unexpected and very exceptional 👍

Microwaves and refrigerators are standard in all rooms at Pike’s Waterfront Lodge. The rooms are also equipped with Aveda bath products and a unique décor. Everything was excellent. Location to the airport was great. Breakfast every morning was good. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. Many amenities from the spa to the library and theatre room. Best was we saw the Northern Lights right from the hotel balcony!

It was very clean, well equipped, and the housekeeping staff was delightful! We stayed in the large 2nd floor Queen room. It was a very large room. We also enjoyed the main floor sitting room area. It had many historic and vintage furnishings and decorative items. We highly recommend staying here.

I loved the yogurt and granola option. My daughter had the waffles. I could eat more I would've had the hot meal you offer like the eggs and potatoes and much more. I must say Staybridge offers a lot for breakfast!
