The restaurant is superb. The food is excellent. The staff are so hospitable. All tours can be booked directly at the front desk. I hope we can visit again.

Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, free shuttle service and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is located 5.5 km from University Of Alaska Southeast. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a shuttle into town from our l hotel location. Meals were offered in addition to the tasty breakfast included in the room price. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful with anything!

Close to the Marine Wildlife Center, but a bit far away (to far to walk, especially when it is raining) from the cruise terminal and for the starting point of Kenai Fjord Tours. Microwaves and refrigerators are standard in all rooms at Pike’s Waterfront Lodge. The rooms are also equipped with Aveda bath products and a unique décor. Everything was really clean and cozy, rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is nice and they offer a great breakfast in the morning. Really Close to the airport with an efficient shuttle service. If I ever will go back to Fairbanks I will go back there for sure

The units at Gateway Hotel feature air conditioning and a desk. The staff were very courteous and we had an easy check in and check out. We got the room earlier than check in time. The kitchen staff too were very polite and courteous. The location was excellent as it was very close to board the cruise ships. The hotel was very clean and the room too.
