Located 13 miles south of the Denali National Park entrance on Carlo Creek, these cabins feature views of the surrounding forests and mountains. An on-site café serves all homemade food. Loved it. Everything about it. Informative emailed before arrival. Greeted with a smile! Stunning location. Great cabin by creek with fab view. Super clean and cafe excellent. Great team working. Always smiling and super efficient. Best place we had in a three week trip!

Trailhead Lodging is located in Seward, Alaska. A concierge service is available to help guests plan local sightseeing trips. Very friendly, personal and comfortable with everything you need. Close to the Marine Wildlife Center, but a bit far away (to far to walk, especially when it is raining) from the cruise terminal and for the starting point of Kenai Fjord Tours. If you have a car, the perfect place to be. :-) I can highly recommend Trailhead Lodging- Seward.

We enjoyed staying at The Colony Inn. It was very clean, well equipped, and the housekeeping staff was delightful! We stayed in the large 2nd floor Queen room. It was a very large room. We also enjoyed the main floor sitting room area. It had many historic and vintage furnishings and decorative items. We highly recommend staying here.
