Liz and her staff are beyond exceptional. Lovely Erica at reception. Voldy at the pool always had a smile- extra towels, sunscreen. Tennis court has pickleball lines too. In pristine condition. Easy sign up sheet. Change over/ room care teams are thorough and efficient. With crisp white cotton sheets. Pillows are soft. Ice machine working well. Grounds beautifully maintained. Lovely new logos and stickers - little touches do matter. Just look at how many guests are repeat customers - that says it all.

The view was gorgeous from the upper level, we watched the sun set and whales swim in the morning. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and lovely. Kitchen was well stocked and had a dishwasher, making it easy to make meals. Super easy check in and lovely receptionist. 10 min walk into town

This Montauk motel is opposite the beach, and boat rentals are available a mile away at Fort Pond. The Hither Hills State Park is located 3 miles from the property.

Hartman’s Briney Breezes Motel offers free Wi-Fi throughout the property. They also have an outdoor heated pool, picnic areas and BBQ facilities available for guests. A wonderful resort stay. The room was perfectly spaced out and had all the needed amenities. The day we visited was rainy so we stayed indoors mostly and we enjoyed the cosy feel the room provided.

Situated on 5 acres of landscaped grounds, this hotel is within a 5-minute walk or less from the high-end shops and restaurants of East Hampton Village. It features an outdoor pool and a tennis court. Rooms offer full kitchenettes. This facility is exceptionally clean. The room was very large with a good view. It had a separate room with dining table, 4 chairs and pullout couch. High quality furniture. A very enjoyable visit.

Featuring a shared lounge, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The hotel has an indoor pool, hot tub and a 24-hour front desk. Brand new hotel only opened six days when we stayed, rooms were spotless and you could still smell the fresh paint. Some staff were still in training, however all staff were kind and courteous whenever i interacted with them. Farmingdale is a lovely town.

Great room, very clean, lots of space, very nice furniture, comfortable bedding… The breakfast was excellent. The diner at the restaurant was a very nice experience as well. Excellent food and amazing waiters.

Each guest room at Driftwood on the Ocean features a patio, cable TV and private bathroom. They are decorated in bright colours and beach décor. Select rooms offer ocean or sand dune views. We were visiting from the UK and travelling around The Hamptons and beyond for 2 weeks. We booked this on a whim for 2 nights whilst out there and wasn't sure what to expect - but oh my goodness you will not be disappointed! The rooms are spacious and clean, we had a table and 2 chairs outside of our entrance door overlooking the outdoor pool and a fabulous private balcony at the back with comfortable patio furniture/tables and chairs etc. This hotel is situated on the beach so the access is very quick via a private walkway (2 minute walk from our room) and there is a little hut on the way down with a lovely friendly Jamaican gentleman who provides towels and takes you down to the loungers and helps you set up your parasol on the beach etc) There is also water and cups provided at the hut free of charge. We stayed at a different beachfront hotel prior to our arrival here, and wish we had found this one first.
