We ran into little problems with our booking, we booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and one room was canceled by the hotel staff by accident. The night shift manager corrected the issue so we could check in , but the reservation still needed to be solved so we didn’t have to pay extra. The morning manager Ms Laurelle Whitaker and the front desk agent name Kim have gone out of their way, helping me to locate booking.com info, contacting booking.com to straight everything out while handling other tasks of a busy morning . Room was cozy and we liked the furniture and bed. Parking was excellent and the restaurant was top notch. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice.
