The hotel staff are attentive, they helped us with everything from organizing our bikes, providing local information to booking our bus back to Hanoi. They did quick laundry and we're also available to cook food. The facilities and pool were clean. We would definitely recommend it.

And I even incidentally hit into the owner (who recognised me because of the rented motorbike) and as we chatted he gave me a back of Vietnamese tea as a gift.
