The hotel staff are attentive, they helped us with everything from organizing our bikes, providing local information to booking our bus back to Hanoi. They did quick laundry and we're also available to cook food. The facilities and pool were clean. We would definitely recommend it.

Piun and his team were excellent - they helped us with every aspect of our Ha Giang loop trip - from directions to the site, food and lodging, to bike and gear rentals, as well as even helping us book our return bus. We will really miss you and also your wonderfull pets :)
