Location was great and a very short walk to Train street. What we were really grateful for is that we were traveling to Sapa a few nights before by overnight train and we needed a place to shower before boarding the night train. I thought of reaching out to this hotel since we had a booking with them, and they allowed us to shower in their lobby toilet. It is by no means a fancy toilet, but it did the job and my sister and I could get a shower and wait in the lobby for a few hours before going to the train station. We were also able to exchange our Aussie money for Vietnamese Dong at reception.
