The receptionist was incredibly helpful, providing us with detailed recommendations on where to go in Hoi An and even advising us on how to stay safe from pickpockets. Flower and Robert were exceptional hosts who made us feel truly welcome and well taken care of. They took the time to recommend places to visit and shared valuable local tips. A lovely touch was the complimentary Banh Mi upon arrival or departure, along with some local biscuits before we left for Da Nang—such a thoughtful and much-appreciated surprise! The hotel's location was perfect, and the beds were the comfiest we’ve had in Vietnam. Their pillows were also way better than the ones at Da Nang Grand Mercure, making for an even more restful sleep. A special mention also goes to the kind older gentleman who helped with our bags and always greeted us with a warm smile. Honestly, I regret only staying for one night—I felt like I made the wrong choice by not booking a longer stay. Thank you so much again!

The rooms were very nice and clean, and the water pressure was the best we've had in Vietnam:) and the personnel were so helpful and nice to the guest! We checked out in the morning, but our bus was late so we didn't have a place for our luggage, but the hotel let us keep our luggage and even let us stay and use the pool area, so nice!

Mr Lee, his wife and the team are amazing, you just feel spoiled all the time. I arrived and I had an amazing surprise in my room that made me feel really happy. The breakfast was amazing, they wash your clothes and they get with the better smell ever and they providencia everything you need. As soon you arrive Mr Lee gives you all information about the city and recommend places to eat and visit. I also booked cooking classes with them and it was really good. I recommend this place to everybody and I really want to come Back.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and we could borrow bikes for free even after we checked out, the were not the best bikes, but can’t really complain when they were free.

Great stay and we have never been so warmly welcomed as we were at Nostalgia by Kevin and his staff. Bonus points: Kevin even upgraded our room.
