Friendly staff and service. Rooms are comfortable. Tip: Spend a few more dollars to upgrade to the VIP room with a balcony and bathtub. This room is very nice and comfortable for a single or couple travellers. Location is excellent. Lots of cafes around and right next to Vincom plaza where you can also find food and a grocery store.

Great location on ab binh island. I came here because of the reviews but not sure how they got a score of nine and above I have stayed in way better homestays cheaper and more comfortable too

The bus from Ho Chi Minh takes you right in front of the guesthouse, it takes around 4h. The guesthouse is clean, well equipped and on a beautiful location, right on the river. They cook for you anytime you ask, offer large menu from which are two pages vegetarian. The food is homemade and absolutly delicious. The hostest is super extra nice, helped us book the bus there and back, offered a boat trip which I definitely recommend to take and when I said I am sick, she made me special soup and tea which actualy realy helped.

This was probably the best place we stayed in all of Vietnam, mostly because of the friendly staff, the facilities and location.

I love staying here. For me it's a perfect location. I had the end room overlooking the water meadows, it a great view and get's a decent breeze on a hot day. It's a great place to relax. The staff are so friendly, they were lovely.

We loved staying here. The breakfast was amazing, the best breakfast so far on our whole stay in SE Asia. We loved the garden area and the room was clean and spacious. We loved the free bicycles and made use of them to cycle around the area. It was a great location, not far from the ferry and we were surprised to find a really good local restaurant within walking distance ( not visible on Google maps). The owner was very helpful, we actually extended our stay here because we loved it so much!!!

Have been staying there 2 years ago and back then I thought it needed renovation. Nothing looks to be touched since and I have stayed this time in 2 different rooms on different floors. it cannot call itself 4 star. At best it’s 3 star but still better then many other around. Food was better 2 years ago but still okay now. only few staff can speak English. Great location though. not bad hotel but you’d expect much more from 4*
