Chris and Lily have managed to pack a lot into this small space with a freestanding bath, queen size bed and a rainfall shower - we loved it all.

We had a Splendid Stay at this Magnificent place The Hosts where really welcoming we did Struggle with technology a bit but the Host where really lovely they Helped us Get through the gates we got in the place and wow the views where so mesmerising the place where Nice and spotless smelling remarkably fresh we had only booked for 3people to stay at the place we arrived as 4 people to the place to get ready for a place where we where going for a family members engagement celebration party where one of the member of our group of 4 was ment to be getting picked up to go and sleep at another place but the Hosts at the other environment of the forth member in our group cancelled the place for the 4th member and the Hosts for The Hideaway when we asked them if they could accommodate one more individual to come and stay with us and told them we are willingly to pay extra money for the 4th member to join us in this place where we where spending our night they where so friendly and welcoming and understanding they allowed us to bring that 4th person in and said to us we don't have to pay any extra charge for the forth member they where so friendly even asked us in the morning if we had a pleasant stay I would surely recommend this place to anyone U don't have to believe my words book and go find out yourself this is a superb place with really down to earth friendly Hosts I'm grateful and I would definitely visit this place again when I come London again

I liked that there was a manual that gave explicit instructions. I liked that I was contacted with a detailed message pretty much saying the same thing and that there was a bunch of YouTube videos that explained everything even further. This left me with no questions. The key was easy to retrieve. I loved the privacy. The patio furniture and being able to have a courtyard and being able to cook instead of ordering take away was very nice. In a world where I have seen 7 star and above rated bookings and paid much more than some other places, I have been skeptical about booking outside of a major hotel (and some of those aren't the best) this property was a very pleasant experience and very much worth the price. It is off the beaten track, and hard for Uber (the ride or the food delivery) to find, but that is a small thing. This isn't a place for more than two people. This is a very cozy house, but it is beautifully decorated and has pretty much everything you will need, excpet the food to eat. There is a small love seat to sit in the living area, a small table and two fold up chairs for dinner or to use as a desk, and there is no TV in the bedroom. But you can see the TV from the bed, so at least you can watch some while lying down. The helpful guide gives you many ways to get a hold of someone if there is a problem, but I didn't have any so, I don't know how easy it would be to get them on the phone. Want a quiet, well kept, interesting place to stay? This is one of the best.

At the end of a dead end street, ehh: single track road (love it!) we found the farm - we where waited for by Ann who is married with Pat. Ann - what a lovely amazing lady, what a character! "I'm deaf and daft" she said when we met her. Well, she still hears a lot and she is funny! Walking on bare feet, swimming/skinny dipping in the duck pond - what a character indeed. We booked the 'tiny house' - we could have stayed there for a week -easily- but because I'm quite tall (2.02m) Ann was concerned about my wellbeing - I could bump my head against the front or back door, the shower - toilet is really small but still all doabe - no problem! As said we could easily stay in the tiny house for a week but Ann decided to 'upgrade' us to the big house of her daughter who accidentally went on holiday in that week. Well - that house was an upgrade indeed. Faaaar bigger, nice views with sea and valley views. The other thing we really liked: both the tiny house and the bigger house upgrade had a personal touch - you really felt someone lives there instead of a house being 'decorated' for rental purposes. I have never seen this before - really nice! Also really nice - the 2 lovely dogs wandering around, the four chickens who at te end get to know you and they even came into the house asking for some bread - loved it! Pat is part of a 9 man/ (male/female) band - they played on Thursday in a close by pub - really really good!!!! Tip: walk down the valley to the beach and do not run into anyone else - amazing hike! We are adding some pictures - note that these are from the 'upgrade' bigger house - but both the tiny house and bigger house (upgrade( are excellent!. Thank you Ann and Pat - what an amazing week!! We -really- enjoyed it!
