Perfect location, less than a 5 minute walk from Oji station with the most helpful staff. Our expected arrival in Tokyo was 12am but even when that got delayed they were so patient and kind and let us check in at 8am. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and the facilities were amazing. A lovely hotel in a quiet location in Tokyo. The Staff were SO ver,y kind and helpful to me with my queries: i.e. sorting my Luggage out for distribution to my onward destination to name but a few.
