Staff were very friendly and accommodating—we were dropped off by car and my friend parked in their lot so we could unload baggage, and luckily we weren’t charged for the short drop off. Room was quiet and spacious for a business hotel. We had two large suitcases and felt we had enough room.

It's very close to Hiroshima station which was amazing! The service is super nice and friendly. The room is really comfortable and lovely! I was able to get some work done at the desk and slept so well in the bed! And if you have a nuigurumi - They even offer a pj service!! It was so cute! And the breakfast was great and early enough that I was able to grab some before rushing off for my 7:30am entry at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum! This hotel was truly great!
