A very nice hotel in the center of Sapporo - everything you might need when travelling - the room was clean and spacious - the staff was friendly and helpful - you can leave your luggage before check in and after check out - very tasty breakfast - you can even have it as a take away for those who are in a hurry in the morning. I definitely recommend this place to everybody.

Staff responded to our request to place our rooms next to each other and in a quiet part of the building, so we had a very good sleep. Many thanks to professional staff for your support during our stay. The breakfast was simple, but good. Restaurant staff was very kind to assist me with my food restrictions and showed me allergen list. There is also a restaurant next to the building that is open till very late, very convenient.

I like its location, just walking distance from Asahikawa Station and lots of restaurants and kombinis nearby. The receptionists were kind and very helpful. I was surprised that the room was kinda big for a solo traveller like me and everything was so clean. There is a variety of food on their free breakfast too, so delicious
