The amenities were amazing you could take as much as you need so it was also very nice of them. We requested some stuff and people came to the room to deliver it immediately. Everything was perfect to our need and there is a close 7-eleven location to the hotel

Private parking is available on site. Convenient place, 3 minute walk to the subway, 15 minute walk to Shinjuku, also right by the shinjuku gardens. The staff were so helpful and friendly even though my Japanese was pretty much non existent. Rooms were cleaned everyday and bed was changed every 2-3. Breakfast was lovely, vending machines were convenient with good selection. Shower had great water pressure, couldn’t hear any of the other customers from my room. Air con was a blessing and created a bit of noise but nothing irritating. Staff even held my luggage as I was a couple of hours early to check in.
