Good position, business hotel with a lot of free amenities

The bath size was decent for a budget hotel. Staff were very friendly too.

Room, as is typical in the Metropolitan chain of hotels, was small but perfectly adequate for a one night stay, and the location, next to both train and bus stations, is great. English-speaking staff were pleasant and efficient.

Route-Inns are a very good standard hotel chain, friendly staff, easy check-in, good location, parking available. Rooms are always a decent size, comfortable and clean, this one is on our list for the next time we are in Japan.

Super comfortable and spacious for a japanese business hotel. Near to the station and a great base for Sendai. Near to all the good eats and great places to shop.

Pretty good hotel, adequate space, although bathroom is a bit small. Good sized bed, clean facilities. Staff were very good, helpful and assisted in checking the form for sending luggage (which they give you to fill yourself). Breakfast was fairly good. Overall a business hotel that does the job quite cleanly.

Convenient location - standard Japanese business hotel style

A comfortable stay in Sendai. Location was excellent and only a short walk to the train station. The room was very clean and everything was as expected in a business hotel style room. For the price this hotel was a good option.

Close to everything. Room was normal size for business hotel. Breakfast buffet was good too. Interesting thing was the room door opened outwards! What a good idea! Easy to access the room with someone collapsed near the door and evacuate in an emergency. Extra room inside because space is not needed for the door swinging.
