This was great studio apartment, perfectly suited for couples visiting the island of Antigua. The place was well equipped and we didn't need anything extra during our stay. Our apartment (condo) in Pillar Rock Condominium was one of the ones closest to Yepton Beach and with lovely views over it (we had a condo upstairs rather than ground floor). In the morning, the sun shines in directly through the windows that overlook the bay. (There is an electric blind to cut out sunlight for anyone wishing to stay asleep longer.) The condo is fully air-conditioned. The windows overlooking the bay can be opened but are covered with anti-mosquito netting. (Due to the constant sea-breeze, mosquitos are rarely a serious problem on Antigua.) Although we brought our beach towels with us, the condo was already equipped with plenty of towels, with the bathroom being fully equipped for every need. The condo has two walled mounted flat screen Samsung TVs (one of which was very modern and setup for stream Netflicks, Youtube, DIsney, etc.). The WiFi was easy to connect to and worked well during our stay there. The condominium has a lovely swimming pool with a shallow end suitable for children. The deep end is very deep in the middle, though only around 5ft deep around the edge, so it would be safe to dive into. The water in the pool was always warm and clean. We had excellent WA communication with the manager of the condominium complex, who also arranged our car hire and a local driving license. There are no shops on site, so car hire is recommended. I'd recommend getting an e-sim for ones phone before visiting so that one can use the SatNav facility within Google Maps for navigating around the island. (It was hard work with a paper map that we had to use before I got a local sim card working correctly in my phone!) A local supermarket (Perry Bay) is a short drive away and there is a local fast food place (Green Apple) in the nearby village of Five Islands.

Wonderful cottage, beautiful location, interior and size. It was perfect for the two of us and we loved every minute of the stay!! Especially the wind going through the big bedroom window facing the ocean, so peaceful!

We were met at the property after trying and failing to drive up the hill to the house, so we parked and dragged our stuff up the hill (the first time was the worst - after that we got used to it). The house and annexe was really charming. Proper old school colonial vibes - no air con but fans. Shabby chic. We loved the characterful nature of it, the outside deck sitting among the trees listening to the birds and frogs & the beach nearby.

We have just returned from our second holiday at Lazy Daze and have had the most wonderful break. Marsha and all of the team looking after the villa provide a wonderful service and are incredibly helpful with anything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this house for a relaxed and comfortable stay. Marsha and the team looked after us so well, and we will most certainly be booking a third visit in the future.

    Villa by the Sea was absolute paradise. It is a beautiful property located on a beautiful beach. The condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including kitchen accessories for preparing meals.

    It was a really nice villa with lot's of potential. However as other have written you need to hae a 4x4 to get to the villa, otherwise you need to park a little bit down and walk up. The place itself is in big need of a renovation and to be fair the owner is doing it. But there are some areas that need some finising touches, like the fact that the tiles in the shower doesn't cover the whole wall or there are cracks in the wooden patio floor. There is also no AC.
