The host is friendly, helpful and speaks good English. The property is clean, spacious and is not shared with any other groups. The beach is just two minutes away. The surrounding garden is large, with grape vines, olives and fruit trees and a wonderful scent of jasmine after dark. The balcony is also large, with a view of the setting sun.

The location of the villa is excellent – just a 10-minute walk to the beach. Keep in mind, though, that the walk can be quite steep since the villa is set in the mountains, so it may not be ideal if you have mobility issues. That said, the advantage of being higher up is the absolutely phenomenal view! I’ve been to Turkey and Greece before, but the views from this villa are truly unmatched – a breathtaking panorama of both the city and the ocean. The villa itself is spotless and very modern, with stylish interiors and beautifully designed rooms. It also has its own private swimming pool, where you can relax while enjoying the incredible city view from above. On top of that, there’s a large private garage that easily fits three cars, plus additional space on the driveway for another one. Another big plus is the location – just a 5-minute walk down the mountain, and you’ll find plenty of great restaurants. The options are very diverse, ranging from pita and souvlaki to meat and fresh fish. I especially recommend it for fish lovers, as the quality is excellent and the prices are very affordable. What really makes this villa stand out is the host. She is incredibly kind and goes out of her way to make sure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It honestly feels more like a boutique hotel experience rather than just a villa rental. Most villas in the area simply provide a place to sleep, but here you get the warmth, service, and care that truly elevate the whole experience. Overall, this villa is a perfect combination of comfort, style, service, and unforgettable views.

Beautiful place. A house that you have just for yourself. Fully equipped kitchen, where you have everything you need at home. Working wifi. The bathroom was also equipped. Everything was clean. Parking almost in front of the house. You have to climb the stairs to get to the house. There is a beautiful view from the terrace. A few minutes to the beach, and to Saranda too. The villa is located in a place that is practically no longer in the city. The keys are in the box, you are not limited by the time of arrival. Communication with the owner was fast and he really tried to help us. We had problems with the car and he arranged help for us within a few minutes. Thank you very much for that. I would definitely return to the accommodation and I recommend it to everyone.

Such a wonderful stay!! Gorgeous room with brand new furnishings and excellent bathroom. The little kitchenette has everything you need (including a toastie machine!!). The wonderful pool and terrace overlooking the marina is perfect for sunrise breakfast and sunset drinks. The staff are so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we need and very quickly getting anything that was missing and even did our laundry. The locked garage was also perfect as parking is a mission!
