Everything. The house is situated in the quiet village of Rragam near Valbona. It has an amazing view on the many peaks around. Traditional stone house which has a beautiful garden with trees and bench with table where you can sit and enjoy the views. The water in front of the guesthouse comes from the mountains directly. Everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and you can make yourself a coffee if you want. The owners also have a nice restaurant near where you can eat traditional and organic food which they produce.

The villas were new, modern, had really good wifi and facilities. The view was amazing! Perfect for what we needed for a few nights. Kitchen and hot tub are a great addition. It was a really good location to do a day trip to Theth (about 1 hour drive). The host was really attentive and helpful. Highly recommend for a special and unique experience!

Our stay at Monark Villas was truly amazing. Ardid and Enxhi are wonderful hosts—very responsive to messages, answered all of our questions, and went out of their way to welcome us. They made us camp fires in the evening where they shared stories/info/history about the region. They were very nice to get to know. They even shared wine with us around the camp fire! They are top notch hosts! The villas themselves are beautiful and brand new. Everything was exquisitely decorated, with the highest quality materials. The surrounding mountains make the whole location feel surreal. Each morning we sat on the front porch of the villas looking around in wonder. There is a very nice kitchen, but if you’d prefer there are two delicious restaurants a five minute walk away, and there was always at least one open for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There were more restaurants a 10-15 minute drive north. If you’d like to cook, I’d recommend to bring groceries in from outside of Theth. The location of the villas is south of the main area of Theth by 10-15 mins, but the Blue Eye trail begins only a three minute walk away. It’s easy to get out on the trails before the tour buses show up. The road into Theth is paved and has guardrails, though it is definitely winding! Google Maps does not have the updated roads near the villas, but the paved road reaches the villas if you follow it far enough. There is also a bridge that crosses over the river into town that is not labeled on Google Maps as a road, so contributors labeled it as the interest point “Bridge for Cars”.
