From this house and location, we got maximum satisfaction. We felt completely at home – everything necessary is provided, and even more. During our journey, our car had a flat tire, and the owner helped us find a service center and booked us in for repair. Everything was perfect. The view from the house was stunning with the lake and imposing mountains. You could sit on the terrace and have your breakfast looking at the incredible view. The house was very well equipped and pretty. The owners were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They picked us up from the train station. It was a short walk to the lake where you could swim. The village of Traunkirchen was not far to walk and from there you can catch a boat to Gmunden. They are a few cafes in Traunkirchen too. Traunkirchen is a pretty little village. It was nice to get away from the crowds in Vienna.

The place was clean and pleasant and splendidly furnished. Equipped with anything one might need. The hosts were very nice and friendly. We spent there only one night but it looked like we could enjoy a family stay for several days there with the peaceful surrounding countryside views and all the fruits and berries that surround the house and the hosts kindly invited us to pick.
