The owners impressed me—it’s a family business, and the amount of work they’ve put in is impossible to put into words. We arrived at the hotel late in the evening, and the host personally welcomed us despite the late hour. He told us where we could find a car wash in the city. We were also offered breakfast at a very reasonable price, with several options to choose from. I would recommend not skipping breakfast, if only for the fresh orange juice. Special attention should be given to the garden around the house—this was the first time in our lives we saw kiwi bushes, and the fragrance of the flowers brought back childhood memories of the countryside. The Wi-Fi at the hotel was excellent. There was also a refrigerator where we could store ice packs for our cooler bag. In conclusion, I can say that if we had had more free time, we would have stayed a few more days to explore the city. The warm welcome and hospitality of the hosts can never be replaced by a soulless keypad lock, which is what most modern apartments now offer.

We had a wonderful stay with the whole family at Villa Krasi. The children loved the jacuzzi and the spacious yard where they could run and play. We really enjoyed the terrace and the stunning view over the mountains and the town — beautiful at any time of day. The terrace is perfectly equipped for relaxing. The house has everything you might need. Each room has a working air conditioner, which was especially important given the heat. The internet connection was flawless. The host is very kind, responsive, and quick to reply to any request.

The house is new, cosy, clean, spacious. There is everything you may need. The location is great - amazing view, quiet around it, close to slopes and cities. The host answered our questions and was available at all time when needed. Definitely will go back again.

Beautiful house with everything necessary, lovely views and a. outdoor jacuzzi which made for a lovely evening treat for our group after a long day on the slopes. The host was really lovely and helpful. It’s a drive away from Bansko but only 25lev in a taxi, or a 15minute drive from the Gondola.
