The authentic atmosphere of the house, with many tastefully arranged traditional items that make you feel like stepping back 100 years. The secluded location, far from the urban noise, offering complete relaxation. Perfect connection with nature – peace, greenery, and a small river nearby. The facilities exceeded our expectations: very well equipped, clean, and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely love to come back!

A beautiful property with all the necessary amenities, completely identical to the pictures in Booking. The owner Velizar was very welcoming and responsive to all the questions and requests we had during our stay! While we were visiting during the winter period as a future improvement i can strongly reccomend the owner to consider external jacuzzi or sauna.

The house is very spacious and well constructed - you have 3 bedrooms on the upper floor with two bathrooms and another separate toilet on the ground floor where is the huge living room. The porch with the bbq is great, the area is very quiet and you can enjoy the mountain fresh air. The swimming pool - even if it is for the whole complex, it was never crowded (not more than 10-12 people were at the same time). And even though it's not with thermal water, it's always with pleasant temperature as some hot water is constantly flowing through nozzles (so even with the cool nights it's not getting cold in the morning). And you can see a fox, a deer or a hedgehog.
