Villas in Arutanga

We hired a scooter from a local rental company (Rino’s is best) which allowed us easy access to this stunning property, located in one of the most amazing parts of the island! The house is modern, clean, quiet, and has stunning views. We watched whales from the deck, ate pawpaw fresh from the trees. Our hosts (Simon and Ura) picked us up from the airport and saw us off at the end. Their hospitality during our stay was amazing. They remained in contact to make sure we were happy and assisted us with local recommendations and bookings as well. Absolutely recommend.

Location was excellent Extremely helpful staff who went out of their way to welcome you and help you enjoy a lovely holiday in their very comfortable and spacious triple bedroom with excellent cooking facilities and large fridge and microwave.The sea was 15 metres away. Definitely come back again.

My parents spent a wonderful 5-day, 4-night trip here. It was an unforgettable journey, featuring not only world-class ocean views and lagoons, but also an extremely thoughtful and friendly host. The host provided airport transfers and even took them to the supermarket. During their stay, perhaps due to the intense heat, my mother felt unwell. The host not only provided emergency medication but also drove them to the hospital, reminded my mother to drink plenty of water, and even gave them two coconuts. Every day was filled with the host's heartfelt care. We are extremely grateful.

Surrounded by lush coconut trees, the entire house exudes a peaceful charm. One of the highlights of our stay was the close proximity to the beach—just a short walk away. It’s hands down one of the best beaches we’ve ever visited, with pristine sands and crystal-clear waters that made every moment there magical. The house is fantastic—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped to provide a cozy and comfortable experience. The cool sea breeze and the thoughtful layout of the house ensured we were always comfortable. It’s clear that Vaa and Joliene have put great effort into making Are Kapakapa a home away from home for their guests. Another highlight of our stay was exploring the fruit trees around the property. The coconuts were a delightful treat, perfect for a refreshing snack after spending time at the beach. Everything was above and beyond. The outdoor showers were awesome. Great snorkeling out front. Close to a couple places to eat . Can rent Escooters onsite which was awesome. We stayed 3 nights , then 2 nights in One Foot Island and now 2 nights elsewhere on island....I wish we had returned to Etu Moana

Tavake Villa exceeded all expectations and truly made our Aitutaki experience unforgettable. The villa itself is immaculately clean, spacious, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location is breathtaking. Waking up each morning to panoramic lagoon views and peaceful surroundings felt like a dream. If you're looking for privacy, comfort, and an authentic slice of paradise, Tavake Villa is the place to be. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aitutaki.

The location was perfect. The house was immaculately clean and presented beautifully. We loved the deck and being able to sit outside for breakfast.

Well fitted out with everything we needed, great big verandah, comfortable bed! Great beach nearby but shallow, short walk to deeper one. Vaea was very friendly and welcoming, and took us on a quick tour on arrival and to the shop (fresh fruit was provided in the bungalow ).
