Mohamad is the person who made everything is perfect! You can trust him, believe me you going to understand how important this is when you are in Egypt because 80% of the people are scammers. It’s very important to found someone you can trust, and thank to God our house owner was like this and it gives us safety at least at home. Don’t make my mistake, ask him about everything since day one. The flat is very clean and I believe for this price it’s impossible to found something better in Luxor.

Everything was perfect. The place is beautiful, even more stunning than in the pictures. It is a true oasis, one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed in. Gaber and Mohamed are excellent people, very helpful and respectful. We asked for privacy and they adapted perfectly. In addition, Gaber organized all the tours for us during our stay, completely personalized and accommodating new requests or unexpected changes. One of the best experiences we have ever had. I loved everything about my stay! The villa is spacious, clean, and modern. It has a beautiful garden with a private pool featuring a cool Egyptian design—perfect for cooling off on a hot day. The Wi-Fi is excellent, there's a large plasma TV, a kitchen, a shower, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. And the price is incredibly affordable. Highly recommend!

Considering the little money this place is really amazing. Very quiet with a nice garden and roof terrace for breakfast, all in walkable distance of the public ferry. It provided anything we needed and ahmet and his brother are very helpful without pushing you into anything.

It was so homey, cozy and practical. It was a real getaway from the hectic pace of tourists. That was no Hotel, that was your second house. Adam is a gentleman and he knows his trade. He'll give you every tip you need for your stay in Luxor. Moving around was so easy and laidback. The pool is amazing and soothing. If you need to refill your battery, this is the right place. Give it a try. The neighborhood is also amazing. We made tons of friends.

    Beautiful villa at the West Bank of Luxor, close to the private boat. The room is very cozy and comfortable, also has a well-equipment kitchen and a clean private pool. Mr.Saleh is super friendly and very helpful for the informations and travel advices. Mr.Omar is always available and very helpful as well. Highly recommended if you visit Luxor!

    It is a villa with luxury conditions, furnished with taste and everything you need. It was quiet and we could rest very well. At walking distance there are several terraces where we dined at very reasonable prices.

    A private villa with garden and a lovely cat! The accommodation is located in a small alley of west band and it’s not able to show on Google map, but you can always use the map in booking.com; the host is friendly and whenever you have any question, just text them and they’ll reply in few minutes.
