Amazing views day and night, the villa is perfectly located on a hill. The pool with a waterfall and jacuzzi is perfect. The owner, at our request, bought some sunbeds and now there are 6 of them in total. The villa is well equipped. Very clean. In total, 5 bathrooms. Air conditioning in the living room too weak. Apparently it will be replaced. For us it was not a problem, it was great.The downstairs is not connected to the upstairs. It has a separate entrance by the pool.I highly recommend it. This is a unique place.

    Nice small house in a quiet location, surrounded by other villas but the yard is not much overlooked. The pool area is brilliant and enjoys sunshine almost all day long even still late in October.

    The villa is located in an excellent position for all the facilities Moraira has to offer. Close enough to the beach, bars and restaurant and far enough to provide a peaceful retreat. We had a 3 week stay without any issues. The villa has been recently modernised and was well equipped for our stay.

    The Villa is basically two villas on two floors, both have well fitted kitchens and a spacious lounge area. There were three large bedrooms on the top floor all on suites and A further two bedrooms on the ground floor. There is ample parking for two cars on site. The main lounge areas on both floors are air conditioned. It took 10 minutes to walk (down hill) into to main town of Moraira. The walk back isn’t so easy for the older members of our party.
