The property is a quite traditional Finnish house with modern kitchen equipment and amenities. The sauna was small and cosy, just like it should be! The house had a lot of space and we fit a 4 person family plus two grandparents easily! The kids loved the place and our 3yo said she wants to live there because of all the toys. There is a nice playground/outdoor sports area very close by.

The location is absolutely beautiful, right in front of the sea, with a beautiful view over the Archipelago. Facilities are excellent, including A/C unit, own fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine. Enough space for 6 persons family. The property has a boat, which you can use for rowing to nearby islands or fishing. The mokki is part of a larger property on a farm and you can buy from the 24/7 shop fresh vegetables. Try their tomatoes, they're something else! Berries are everywhere in the nearby forest. Outdoor games for the entire family are also available. Nearest restaurant is at 5 km (Nixor) and supermarkets can be found in Permio (31 km) or Kermio (39 km), roughly 35 minutes drive away. As we arrived, we wanted to prolong our stay, but the mokki is fully booked for the entire summer (no surprise why!). So, if you are lucky enough to find free spots, do not hesitate.

We had wonderful time at Villa Eden. We loved the hot tub and the beautuful scenery. Thank you for having some toys for the kids in the house, too. That ws great. We fehlt very comfortable.

It exceeded our expectations! I was amazed at how well equipped the kitchen was and I might never have stayed at such a clean space before. Everything looks quite new as well. Just keep in mind that the doors close depending on what position you put a little switch on its sides. Never seen that before but now we know how to lock yourselves out :) (Also loved the not-even-so-little binder including the instruction manuals for everything you have in the apartment - great for first-time-users of an electric sauna.) So nothing to complain at all! :)
