Our stay in the Faroe Islands was unforgettable, mostly thanks to this accommodation. The house is truly homely, authentic and perfectly integrated into the surroundings – we felt like part of the local story. The location is excellent, ideal for exploring the island and enjoying the peace and nature. Everything was tidy, warm and comfortable, and the hosts were extremely hospitable and ready to help with advice on excursions and local experiences. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience the true atmosphere of the Faroe Islands!

We had a great stay at the house in Tørshavn. It is a very spacious house, we all had our own bedroom and everything we needed was there. Is it a bit rustic? Yes, but that fits the age of the house. Restaurants and stores are all within walking distance. We highly recommend this place to stay while you are in the Faroes. Thanks, Barbara for you hospitality!

The cottage is peacefully located with a beautiful view of the sea and a small lake (and even some sheep). We found the apartment clean, very spacious, cosy and very well-equipped. Additionally, the big Jacuzzi as well as the private sauna were great assets. The communication with Jakup and Martin was brilliant. They responded very quickly and all our wishes were realized perfectly and moreover, right away. We really enjoyed our time at Sandur and are looking forward to return someday!

This place is awesome. The area is beautiful, the views are absolutely stunning, the house is cosy, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Everything was perfect
