Warm welcome from the hosts. Some lovely touches in the accommodation including fresh cut flowers, cream tea and even sparkling wine! The while experience was 5 star from beginning to end. Faultless in every respect. The underfloor heating system was wonderful on cold March nights. The bed was very comfortable and the attention to detail obvious in every room. Very quiet location with private and secure car parking and a safe area outside the cottage for the dog. Just perfect. Definitely a place to which we would return if available when we are next in North Cornwall.

Great property. We're long time visitors to Bude and love the place. Rob, the property owner let us book in early. Also helped direct me to park my car in the garage as space was a bit tight. Also helped us unload the car. Top fella. Super comfy sofa and beds. Full Netflix, disney plus, amazon entertainment package which was great for relaxing evenings after a busy day. Nice rear garden. Lovely kitchen. Location is fabulous. Close to great pubs, cafes. Beech is 2 mins walk. Town centre 1 mins walk. Canal and surrounding area all on the door step. Would love to live in Bude if we had the chance. Absolutely amazing place

Everything ! Great location, excellent communication with Georgie the host. The property has everything you would want. It was exceptionally clean, spacious, amazing view from the master bedroom of the coast, decorated lovely throughout and just a wonderful calming place to stay. Would definitely recommend to everyone interested, to stay here.

A beautiful cottage, within an ensemble of former farmhouses. Hidden and quiet location in Upton/Bude and yet only a few minutes walk from bus stop and coastal path or Canal as well as a walk from the Centrum, beach and restaurants in Bude. You can spend a very good holiday there, like we had absolutely. The kitchen is well equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave. Capsule coffee machine and French press are available. The sofa is new. The shower is very good working and the bed clean and flawless. The whole cottage is very clean and nice. I would highly recommend it.

    We absolutely loved the roundhouse we stayed in, the hot tub and the space outside. The enclosure where the farm animals were was nearby and it was a pleasure to watch them, they were quiet so didn't disturb us. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, location very good, so we are very happy with the whole luxury glamping experience. Ticked off my list now 😊.

    Interconnecting cottages made it easier for the holiday to be a success for our extended family. We were able to use both kitchens simultaneously to prepare and serve meals. The swimming pool went down well with the toddler and teenagers in the group. As did the Games Room. We also appreciated the easily accessible Laundry Room. There were plenty to do around the area and the newly re-opened village shop was very handy. The local pub made our large family group feel welcomed.
