We loved this house, absolutely perfect location for accessing everything in Southwold and secure parking for our stay. The house itself was so clean, tidy and well appointed. Great size for 8 guests, we had plenty of room.

Very comfortable, excellent location. Well equipped, charming decor. So cosy and comfortable for an autumn stay. The location is perfect. We were three adults and the cottage felt spacious, with everything we needed and more.

This is a great little place in a fantastic location. It is small, but no smaller than the photos suggest and it is priced accordingly. The host was very responsive and let us get a Shopmobility scooter delivered to the property on the day of our arrival (highly recommended if you come with an elderly person). The shower was good and the kitchen was well-equipped. We had a great time.

The house was in a great spot - just off the sea front but still really quiet. It was very well equipped and comfortable. But it was described on booking.com as a 2 bedroom property. It actually has 3 bedrooms.

    Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Nice and quiet. House has been decorated to a very high standard and was sleeps 10 which was perfect for our family get together. Loved the big kitchen with enough seats for everyone to sit around the table together. Views were lovely and very close to Southwold sea front and village.

    Gorgeous little cottage, amazing location. Didn’t get in the car once all weekend. Lovely arrival touches by hosts on arrival which were locally sourced and just made it that little more luxury.
