Little Ireland is a gem of a property, a great find for us and our 2 dogs who were also right at home here. The house is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean (we would easily have believed we were the first people to have stayed due to the high standard of maintenance). The lovely hosts really have thought of everything, providing all we needed for a fabulous stay. They were also so helpful and when we messaged with a query they replied with an answer straight away. There was so much space for us all and we had a fabulous time (also really enjoyed a lovely meal in Papa Rab's!) Thank you for a great stay, we wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Beautiful home. Empressed by the food the lady left there for us. We did not use it but it was very taught full of the owners. Would go again and would definitely recommend to my freands and anyone going that direction. Please THANK the lady that owns this beautiful home. Thanks again....

Bev was lovely! Really helpful. Responsive if we needed anything, and gave us some good tips on places to visit. House was so cosy warm, and easy to control temp with Google nest thermostat. And for extra cosiness, it was wonderful having the wood burning stove prepared and ready to light when we arrived. Whole cottage was immaculately clean. Beds incredibly comfy and loads of wardrobe and drawer space. Kitchen well stocked with kitchen utensils etc for home cooking. Twin room included lovely collection of kids toys, games and books Bev also checked what type of milk and bread we wanted in advance so it was already there, plus a jar of homemade marmalade 😋

Everything about the cottage was excellent. The cleanliness , the outlook, the level of equipment. We didn't really get to use the patio but it is Scotland in December, we will hopefully get to experience it in better weather. Had a slight issue with the heating but our hosts were there within 20 mins to sort it out, thank you both. There was a lovely welcome pack left for us and the kitchen was immaculate and well equipped. We will certainly be back and would have booked already but the dates were already gone! Thoroughly recommend this fabulous cottage. You won't be disappointed

Lovely and comfortable accommodation with great facilities including garden with table and chairs. Log burner was great on the rainy day. Enjoyed walks around the estate and to the beach straight from the door with no need for our dog to be on the lead. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful hosts. Didn't have time for tennis but table tennis was good fun. Very peaceful area with nice quiet roads. Lovely trips to the lighthouses at both Corsewall and Mull of Galloway.

The cottage is spacious, well laid out , equipped with everything you need , spotlessly clean and set in fantastic grounds. The owner had , very thoughtfully , left a bottle of wine , milk , bottled water, ice biscuits coffee etc. The beds were also superb.

    Very clean and comfortable. Bev is a great host and very friendly and approachable. Stunning surroundings. Ample of supplies in the cottage, well equipt kitchen. Super comfortable bed, lots of space in the cottage and the garden. Defiantly found our continuous re visits with this property and village. Early check in was made possible and late check out was offered due to being vacant after our departure. Can't say enough about the place. Garden is very secure for large dogs which is what we struggle with when looking.

    The cottage was in a beautiful, tranquil location and well positioned to visit places of interest such as Logan Botanic Gardens, Castle Kennedy Gardens, the Mull of Galloway with its fabulous cliffs and lighthouse and local coastal villages like Portpatrick. It was also a very easy journey into the Forest of Galloway and the Galloway mountains and Loch Trool. The cottage was spotless and extremely well equipped and the hosts were friendly and helpful.
