This compound had everything I could possibly want. Four bedrooms, 3 with en-suite the other the bathroom/shower next to it. Solar power, seating area front and back, easy to top water tank up so constant water. Cooker hob and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine. TV in every room, local shops and markets in walking distance. For me I could have happily moved in .... Will definitely stay there again, my go to place in The Gambia. Stayed there with Family. 100% loved it.... Night security guy on premises too, felt totally safe.

We liked the location of the place, not very far from the beach even though it wasn't the main reason why we chose the Nabixx Residence. Everything was absolutely great and the caretakers both were really nice, especially Boye. The owner, Adam, was very easy to reach via WA, and he responded to messages very quickly. I do appreciate everything he did for us very much and if I am going back to that area I will most surely try to get accommodation at the Nabixx Residence again. I recommend this place highly

The solar kept us in the light and ceiling fan kept us cool when the power goes. Also no water problems, which is great.
