Vila Antonia was beautiful for us and young lady Antonia was nice,pleasant,respectfull.....grate young person.It was super for a family as we are.Place was nice and tree shadow with a sea view during the morning coffe was priceless.Blue Zakinthos and Ionian sea. Magnificent experience at a conveniently located hotel, close to the city and to the sea but away from traffic and noise. It was a perfect choice for us, as we are fond of privacy and quiet environment to relax on our vacation. The hotel is built on a small hill, with respect to the environment and is surrounded by olive trees and gardens. Each villa has its own large pool and a nice secluded garden ensuring privacy and a quiet stay. There is barbecue capability for those that want to cook their own dinner. The villas are fully equipped with the necessary kitchenware, refrigerator, cooking facilities, coffee machine, TVs, hair dryer, iron and even a washing machine. They are thoroughly cleaned daily and staff was very polite, friendly and accommodated all our requests. We visited the restaurant and had cocktails, enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the amazing sea view. The food was excellent, the chef prepares Greek and Mediterranean dishes with a modern touch and an international flavor. We were very pleased by our choice and we will definitely visit again.

Everything. Stunning location in an olive grove with views towards the sea. Very peaceful. The outside area is fantastic, pool, bbq area, dining area. The inside is immaculate, incredibly clean and spotless. Spiros our host has been excellent, recommending the best local places to eat and some great ideas for days out so effectively was our virtual guide. It is one of the best villas I have stayed in, and I have stayed in a lot.

The villa is new, beautiful and very well equipped as in description and in a strategic position to reach easily all attractions of the island . All the 4 bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms are large and comfortable . The swimming pool and exterior kitchen are amazing and we loved to spend our time there . The host and his family are super available any moment to assist you . It was a beautiful holiday.

simply amazing stay at Pigeon Nest villa. the house is very modern (just recently built) and comes with all necessary amenities including very well equipped kitchen & bathroom, private pool, sunbeds with umbrellas, outside shower, towels for showering / pool / beach etc. the view from the property is amazing, nestled around olive trees and with a beautiful view to the sea, particularly from the upstairs balcony where you can watch a beautiful sunset. The location is very convenient- beach and several nice tavernas just around the corner, but also very centrally located to reach everything around the island (car is required). the hosts live just across the street and were very welcoming & helpful from the start to the end - waiting for us at arrival to show us around, give tips on where to go around the island, provide us with a first “care package”, and checked in on us during the stay (e.g. bringing us fresh towels, asking if we needed new bed sheets, bringing over homemade desert). can only recommend to stay here!

Great newly built house, superclean and with great fascilities. The pool was great and clean, and my kids had a lot of fun throughout a day. The owner Armando made our stay supereasy with great tips abd assistance. About the island, beaches and boat trips. Everything was exeptional!!! Thank you, we'll be back for sure!

    The villa is located in the very secluded location in the olive grove. The landscape design is wonderful, we could feel that a lot of attention was paid to small details. The villa is stylish and very comfortable. We really appreciate amount of space available to relax. The villa seems to be nicely protected from insects despite being in the middle of the grove - which was especially appreciable since one of us is afraid of insects.

    The hosts are very welcoming and so friendly. They kept in touch all the time making sure we had everything we needed. The villa is amazing and is cleaned daily. The location is outstanding with amazing views and shoestring beach on your doorstep. Had an amazing family holiday, would highly recommend

    The location, the villa, the views, the hosts, everything is just WOW!!! We’ve stayed in many different hotels & villas in Zakynthos and this is without a doubt our favourite. If anyone is looking for somewhere to stay I couldn’t recommend it enough. You’re a stones throw from the beach, it’s blissfully peaceful and a lovely easy walk into the centre of Alykanas.
