Excellent villa - modern, clean, well designed and with absolutely stunning views! The hosts created a comfy and memorable atmosphere, and provided a full bar and fresh fruits daily. It was really hard leaving this place :) We will definitely come back!

Perfect location, only 3 min walk to the most beautiful beach on the island. The accommodation is perfect, perhaps the best we have stayed in so far, beautiful in photos, even more beautiful in real life. Breakfast is delicious, high-quality, varied, carefully arranged, homemade food. The host's effort in every detail is visible, a true example of a dedicated attitude to work where the guest's satisfaction is in the first place.

The houses are very well equipped with everything you may need and they were in supreme condition! Very clean, cozy and the hosts were available for our questions. Equipment: The house is exemplary equipped with everything you need: Washing machine, dish washer, a lot of plates, glasses and other cooking utensils. The host provides washing powder, dish washer tabs, there is salt, pepper etc. and we were welcomed with a plate of fresh fruits. You even have a barbecue and some wood to use it and in the house was also a water dispenser. You can hang your wet clothes and laundry outside on a robe. The first time I really did not miss anything! Location: The house has a wonderful location. Although located at the main road going out from the city it is super calm because it is placed some meters downhill surrounded by olive trees. Ther is a parking space on the compound, but you can also leave 2-3 cars in front of the gate. The garden is very big and nicely maintained. The city (supermarket, bakery) is reachable by foot in 10-15min. For the nicer beaches it is recommendable to have a car because the island has no infrastructure for walking or biking. House: You have two separate bedrooms and a spacious living room with a kitchen. The terrace is pretty big, and the view is amazing on the small fishing port and Mount Athos. The solar shower outside is a great thing for hot summer days. The air condition works well. You have everywhere mosquito nets and a fan on the terrace. There are enough chairs etc. even when you have some guests.

    Aiora villas is quiet yet beautiful b&b that overlooks one of Ammouliani’ greatest beaches - Alykes. The staff is great and at the guest disposal whenever needed. It is also a pet-friendly place so dog lovers and pet owners would be more than satisfied with booking Aiora villas. Don’t hesitate to order a dinner (super delicious meals cooked at the property) - served at your private terrace. Will visit again in the future!

    The place was wonderful! The view was amazing! Very helpful and friendly staff. It was like paradise! Everything was perfect, clean and cosy. The breakfast was also so delicious! We hope to visit Aiora villas again!
