The house is and has exactly as pictures and descriptions location perfect private enough but minutes from fiskardo main harbour town host was fantastic and there was a perfect little starter park ie bread butter milk jam honey coffee tea biscuits and even a bottle of wine

Arterra is a lovely villa, staying up in a local village was great, we got to explore the Island and the best bit's were accessible. Gavriella is lovely, she couldn't do enough for us, and the information on restaurants and things to do was really valuable. I would love to stay there again.

The location is perfect - very private and just a 3 minute walk into the heart of Fiskardo. This is a 3 bedroom home complete with cooking and laundry facilities, numerous decks and tables to choose from outside and excellent air conditioning in the bedrooms. Lots of room to spread out inside and out, and this would easily handle 3 couples or a family group. Best of all was our host Eleni who popped in several times to check in with us to answer any questions we had and make suggestions regarding things to do in the area. She was incredibly informative and helpful, very pleasant to deal with, and spoke excellent English. We really appreciated the welcoming gifts of jam and herbs, beer in the fridge, and a bottle of wine. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa as a wonderful place to stay especially as a quiet alternative to the hustle and bustle found at times in the centre of the village. The two outside cats were a welcome bonus!

everything was absolutely fantastic. It is a corner of heaven on an already incredibly beautiful island. The cottage is perfect for a couple. It has everything you need and more for a relaxing vacation. The surroundings are incredibly beautiful and at night it’s perfect silence. The host was very responsive and supported us with checking at a late night hour. We will be back.

    The three villas are run by two brothers who will do their utmost to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The view of the harbour is very nice, and the villas are equipped with anything you might need. Definitely worth it if you visit Kefalonia

    We had a fabulous week at Villa Panorama. We’ve stayed in many villas across Greece and can honestly say the position and views were the best we’ve had. Assos is a stunning, picturesque village with 3 tavernas and a quality bakery. Christos (the owner) was incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this beautiful villa.

    The best views you could imagine that you can enjoy on a huge private deck, from your private pool and throughout the house. The owner Christos was super kind and thoughtful. The villa is a 2-3 minute walk away from the tavernas and the beach. The house was so spectacular we didn’t feel the need to go to the beach once though!
