The stay in the villa was very comfortable. We got all the information and instructions before our arrival, and the Villa was already waiting for us ready in the morning, before the standard check-in hours, for which we are very thankful. Is is a complex of 3 houses and a swimming pool. Walk to the center/port takes around 15 min. A pleasant place for a family or a group of friends. Thank you for booking a cab to the airport and welcome wine :) We will have nice memories of staying here. I can honestly recommend this place !

The villia was just right for our family 2 adults and 2 children. The Villia was situated in a good location, which was close to the sea and local restaurants. Vito squared and kokopa were great. Vicky, who looked after the villia, was very friendly and helpful. Her beautiful dog was also great company. Lucy liked to say hello. Kids loved that. It was clean and was cleaned a number of times during our stay. The facilities were to a good standard. We even had a new oven fitted whilst their. The pool is not massive, but it did the job. And if you want to use a bigger pool, go to one of the hotels at the sea front. If you play for food/drink, they will allow you to use their facilities . I would recommend and would return

The little house is very cozy and welcoming! It is situated in a quiet village and very well placed regarding the distances to the beaches in this part of the island and taverns. The owner, Elena, is very warm and helpful; after 3 days of staying we received fresh towels, shits and they cleaned into the house (we never had this type of facility when booking a house at this price, so it was a nice surprise), the yard was constantly kept tidy. We will definitely choose it again when we return to Kefalonia!

It was the coziest house we've ever stayed in. Perfect cleanliness and design. In a quiet village, with a stunning terrace and big beautiful table were we ate and played cards. The children really enjoyed the wicker swing. Bed linen of 5-star hotel quality. In the bathrooms we found shampoo and conditioner, and even cotton swabs and pads. The owner met us personally. He brought everything we needed for breakfast. There was juice, water and even ice waiting for us in the fridge, also popcorn for kids and the bottle of local wine for parents. The kitchen had all the necessary spices, a large selection of plates and kitchen utensils. The location of the house is ideal for visiting the most beautiful beaches of this coast of the island and the capital. Also we found a good taverna 10 minutes walk from the house. So this place it’s absolute love!

    Good location for taking a walk around the village. We found Agia Effimia to be a good base as we travelled around the island. We were a large group, filling three of the villas but everyone still had their space, even a cute sleeping space for the baby. The pool area is great, and was kept clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and kept everything in perfect condition.

    The villa was very luxurious for the two of us. Two roomy floors - two bathrooms ! The private parking outside the door was a bonus. Stavros could not have been more supportive. The villa has good views to the distant hills, and a side view of the sea. The harbour is 5 minutes away, and the Pergola restaurant you pass is highly recommended.
