What a gem 💎. Beautiful appartement close to the center og sami. Ferry terminal was only a short walk of max 10 minutes away. The owner was super friendly and helpful. The appartement had everything that we needed for our stay.

Nonna was perfect. Spotless, comfortable, modern, well located. Couldn't fault it at all. Zacharias is a lovely, friendly, welcoming host. The interior was beautifully designed. It felt very luxury and was the perfect place to come back to after long days exploring the island. Extremely comfortable beds, kitchen had everything required, lovely little outdoor space, useful utility, comfy sofa and large TV, great bathrooms. Sami is so charming and the perfect location in our opinion. It's central and easy to get to all the highlights Kefalonia has to offer. There is a great selection of restaurants and shops, the local people are friendly. It has a relaxed, authentic vibe. We loved it.

Beautifully appointed and a brief stroll (1 min) from the small square and beach. Nice layout all the mod cons and a private courtyard to have a cool start to the day. Hosts were super helpful and lovely would defo come back

We had booked all three houses as a larger group. The accommodation had everything we needed in terms of amenities. It was clean, and the pool area was a dream. The little house is very cozy and welcoming! It is situated in a quiet village and very well placed regarding the distances to the beaches in this part of the island and taverns. The owner, Elena, is very warm and helpful; after 3 days of staying we received fresh towels, shits and they cleaned into the house (we never had this type of facility when booking a house at this price, so it was a nice surprise), the yard was constantly kept tidy. We will definitely choose it again when we return to Kefalonia!

    Good location for taking a walk around the village. We found Agia Effimia to be a good base as we travelled around the island. We were a large group, filling three of the villas but everyone still had their space, even a cute sleeping space for the baby. The pool area is great, and was kept clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and kept everything in perfect condition.

    The villa was very luxurious for the two of us. Two roomy floors - two bathrooms ! The private parking outside the door was a bonus. Stavros could not have been more supportive. The villa has good views to the distant hills, and a side view of the sea. The harbour is 5 minutes away, and the Pergola restaurant you pass is highly recommended.
