The property is at the top of a steep hill with magnificent views to the beautiful Ionian Sea. There is direct access to Agios Nikitas Beach. Our villa was very comfortable with a decent sized private pool. There is a cocktail bar and restaurant on the adjacent property. Our hosts communicated well from the outset and were very helpful and supportive during our stay. We enjoyed a delicious home cooked meal in our villa purchased from our hosts

Our stay was very comfortable. We got more than what we expected. We had our own parking area and pool and a large outdoor sundeck to watch the spectacular sunset. A nice living room, two bathrooms and a very comfortable double bed. It was quiet but close to most popular sites and beaches. It was new and clean. We’ll be going back for sure.

The three-bedroom private pool villa was absolutely incredible. It had everything we could possibly need, perched at the highest point with a stunning panoramic view. Watching the sunset from there was simply breathtaking, and the complete privacy made the whole experience feel like pure luxury. On top of that, the owners were wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, making sure every detail was perfect and that we felt truly taken care of throughout our stay.

Wonderful location, full of greenery close to the beach of Agios Ioanis. Studio room with everything you need, cleanliness and quiet. Nearby taverns where you can have a meal, I recommend Liogerma taverns. A good point of rest and departure to the other beaches on the island. The nice lady Sofia helped us with some tips.

We spent here only two nights, but it was an unforgettable experience. The property is big with multiple areas to spend your time. The view from the poolside is amazing and the sunsets are unbelievable. Breakfast was excellent - everything was delicious and fresh. 
 For breakfast, there is a good menu to choose from. Breakfasts are served right at your villa at the time of your choice, so you can enjoy them sitting near the pool and relaxing. The house itself is modern and spacious. It is very well equipped, and there is anything you need during your stay. The beds are huge and comfy. 
 Fast WiFi available (~70Mbit). Huge thanks to Dina and Natasha for making our stay unforgettable!

    The separate villas are charming, each with its own private pool - ours had a sea view. Staff were superb. Just a short walk into the village of Agios Nikitas.

    The semi-private pool (we were in a studio for 2 pax, so in one villa you have 2 studios) makes it feel luxurious, good comfortable bed, clean nicely designed studio and lovely views from the balcony, 10 min walking distance from Agios Nikitas (restaurants and boat taxi to Milos beach)

    Katerina villas are spacious, private, very well equipped and just a few minutes walk to Agios Nikitas. It was so nice to have our own private pool to come back to after a hot day on the beach. The small village of Agios Nikitas is stunning and lined with lovely Greek tavernas. Georgia did a wonderful job at making us feel very welcome and helping us with all our questions. This is a wonderful place we will definitely return to.
